The Artist's Window is thrilled to be collaborating with London Mural Festival 2024, which returns to the capital’s streets this September with over 100 murals planned, free for everyone to enjoy, from some of the world's best street artists. Themed around "Connection", the festival will bring together thousands of visitors, artists, communities, and partners to celebrate London’s diverse people and places.

We’re supporting the festival through The Artist’s Window initiative, looking for vacant retail spaces and commercial properties in central London that can be transformed into both permanent and pop-up art activations as part of the festival.

These collaborations will transform empty shop windows into attractive, visible and interesting spaces where people can enjoy and be inspired by art.

If you have a suitable space and would like to be involved, please get in touch!

Are you a central London Landlord with a blank wall or empty retail space you could offer to the festival?

Here are 4 key reasons to get involved…

  • London Mural Festival presents a commercial and ethical opportunity for commercial and residential landlords to make a huge visual and social impact within their local community.

  • This event offers fantastic exposure for your retail space through the LMF event programme, related press coverage, and increased footfall to your shopping destination.

  • Landlords will be providing value, beauty and regeneration to their local area, whilst simultaneously supporting the exposure of talented local artists. This will boost your brand reputation and social footprint.

  • Immediately improve the visual appeal of your property (helping to attract long-term tenants to your empty retail space) and reduce any financial liabilities associated with empty retail space.

London Mural Festival is produced by Global Street Art, an award-winning creative company who work with world-class artists to deliver stunning content across impactful spaces, property and locations, for global brands.

This incredible hand-painted work for global brand Sol De Janeiro can be found on Tabernacle Street in London, and is just a small taster of the immense talent of the Global Street Art team.

Global Street Art's unique appeal lies in the powerful impact their artist occupations can have on reactivating a shopping centre or retail space as a destination.

Our latest project with Global Street Art

As The Artists Window we already work with Global Street Art from a commercial perspective, placing the work of their incredible artists into our clients' empty shop windows and retail spaces.

The talented pool of artists they work with gave a much more impactful occupation of this empty retail unit in Houndsditch, London.

We look forward to collaborating on more and more properties with Global Street Art to enhance the community and retail spaces of London.
